Małopolska is the third region in Poland in terms of the number of new companies registered in 2017. This is another confirmation of the good economic situation of the region and a promising forecast for the future.
According to the Central Business Information Centre COIG there were 46557 new entities registered in the National Court Register in Poland in 2017. This represents a decrease of 8.95% compared to the record-breaking 2016, a figure similar to that recorded in 2015, when there were 4722 companies. The analysis did not take into account the companies created as a result of the transformation.
The largest number of companies were registered in:
Mazowieckie - 15288; 32.84% of all new companies in Poland;
Wielkopolskie - 4644; 9.98%.
Małopolskie - 4457; 9.57%.
