Małopolska Region was the partner of ‘The Brain Gain’, the Kraków & Małopolska edition of Poland Today’s ‘Transforming the Future’ series of Spotlight city & regional forums which took place in Krakow Technology Park building in Krakow. The conference led by Richard Stephens, Founder and Editor in Chief, gave possibility to discuss together with senior local officials, home-grown & international businesses and key educational establishments about future of Małopolska and its capital, Krakow.
The leading topic of the conference was the vision of Kraków - Nowa Huta Przyszłości (Kraków – Nowa Huta of the Future) - the project of redeveloping significant part of Krakow, which will bring to the city new investment and recreational areas. The project was described by special guests at the event, Małopolskie Voivode Jerzy Miller, who presented Kraków NH2 and Rafał Kulczycki, Director of the City of Kraków Development Division, presented his vision for the project: Kraków – Nowa Huta Przyszłości. Business in Małopolska Centre was represented representative of Krakow Technology Park, the company managing Krakow’s Special Economic Zone, Krzysztof Krzysztofiak, Vice-President of the Board.
In discussing sessions the participants talked over BPO/SSC/IT sector in Kraków and Małopolska and presented their views on real estate market.
